Earn award miles for purchasing electricity products or add-on services offered by PPC, completing transactions via myDEI platform, as well as completing the 3rd step of PPC myEnergy Coach digital tool. You also have the chance to pay your PPC bill by redeeming miles.

To earn award miles through PPC myRewards Miles, just complete one of the below actions.

It is noted that you can claim your missing miles that correspond to a past action, applied from 06.06.2023 onwards, up until 365 days later.
To earn award miles through PPC myRewards Miles, just complete one of the below actions. These actions are available for a unique activation and correspond per myDEI user.

It is noted that you can claim your missing miles that correspond to a past action, applied from 06.06.2023 onwards, up until 365 days later.
Proceed to PPC bill payment through “My supplies” section in myDEI menu.

During the bill payment and miles redemption, a list of miles and euros (€) conversion will be displayed, through which you will be able to choose the number of miles you wish to redeem.
  • The ratio is 300 award miles per 1 euro spent.
  • The minimum number of award miles you can redeem is 1,500 miles per transaction.
For the completion of the redemption process, you should have declared a valid mobile phone in the Contact details of your Miles+Bonus profile. During the redemption process, a confirmation code will be sent via SMS to you, which will only be valid for a few minutes and must be filled in at the relevant field online, immediately.

It is noted that the following members cannot proceed to miles redemption:
  • Members with no completed Miles+Bonus registration
  • Members of a Together account without access to miles redemption
  • Members who haven’t registered at least 1 flight with AEGEAN, Olympic Air or Star Alliance in their Miles+Bonus account or who are not Aegean Bonus Visa/Aegean Mastercard cardholders with completed registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

PPC myRewards Miles is addressed to Miles+Bonus members who are residential or business customers of PPC (Γ21, Γ22, Γ23), have registered on the myDEI digital platform and have connected their Miles+Bonus member ID with myDEI.
Shared areas, high and medium voltage, rural, municipal, and public tariffs are not included.

Recent Transactions

The table of recent transactions displays the five most recent transactions related to miles accrual. You can search for a specific transaction by entering the contract account associated with it.
It is necessary to link your Miles+Bonus member ID to automatically credit the miles and display the confirmation symbol at the top of the information field. Until a Miles+Bonus member ID is connected, transactions will appear for the next 365 days, but the corresponding miles will not be credited.
The recent transactions table only includes miles accrual and not redemption transactions.

Transaction history

In the Transaction History, you can check the total number of transactions you have completed, either for accrual or redemption.
You have the option to search the list based on either your Miles+Bonus account, PPC Contract Account, Address, or Alias Name. Additionally, in the section next to the Search field, you can view the total amount of miles you have earned with PPC.
In the table, you may find and check in detail all the transactions performed as well as their history. The following information is available:
  • The transactions for which you have earned miles with PPC
  • The date on which a transaction has been registered
  • The Contract Account to which a transaction refers (the Contract Account number is not displayed for those transactions that are linked to the user)
  • The miles earned upon completion of a transaction
Miles can be earned through any PPC channels that participate in the Miles+Bonus programme:
In order to benefit, customers must log in to myDEI and fill in their Miles+Bonus member ID in the "PPC myRewards Miles" section. Only then their miles will be credited to their Miles+Bonus account.
Miles redemption isn't currently available at PPC branches. Customers can only redeem miles through myDEI digital platform.
The miles you earn when purchasing a PPC product or service will not be lost. However, for the next 365 days, you will not be able to earn miles if you purchase one of these products again.
If the transaction has been made from 06.06.2023 onwards, typically, miles are credited within 24 hours. However, if your miles have not been credited within that timeframe, you can reach PPC customer service for assistance at 800-900-1000. Alternatively, you may fill in the PPC form that you will find at the footer of myDEI. Select “here” and then from the “Issue categories” drop down menu, choose “PPC myRewards Miles” and write down your request.
