Simply select HERE the car park you want and just enter your Miles+Bonus member ID in the appropriate field, when making your reservation. Upon check out from the parking area, the award miles will be creditedto your Miles+Bonus account, within 7 business days. The award miles earned, correspond to 2 miles for every 1 euro spent.

Note that if your Miles+Bonusmember ID is not provided during your booking, you cannot claim your missing miles.

You can redeem as many of your available miles as you want HERE by redeeming miles from Miles+Bonus program in order to reduce or cover the cost of your car park.

Once you select the car park of your choice you may choose redeem your miles to reduce or cover the total cost of your booking. A list with a combination of miles and euros (€)will be displayed, through which you can choose the number of miles you wish to redeem.

• The ratio is 300 award miles per 1 euro spent.
• The minimum number of award miles you can redeem is 1,500 miles (5 euros) per transaction.

In order to complete the redemption process the member must have a valid mobile phone and email in the Contact details of the Miles+Bonus account. During the redemption process, a confirmation code will be sent via SMS, which will only be valid for a few minutes and must be filled in at the relevant field online, immediately.

It is noted that the following members cannot proceed to miles redemption:

• Members with no completed Miles+Bonus registration
• Members of a Together account without access to miles redemption
• Members who haven’t registered at least 1 flight with AEGEAN, Olympic Air or Star Alliance in their Miles+Bonus account or who are not Aegean Bonus Visa/Aegean Mastercard cardholders with completed registration.

Of course, you can earn Miles+Bonus award miles.
Just enter your Miles+Bonus member ID during your booking and our system will recognize you as a member. Upon check out, the miles earned from your booking will be credited to your Miles+Bonus account.

Contact service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may redeem miles with a ratio of 300 award miles for every 1 euro spent. Don’t forget that you still earn miles during the redemption process. In case you cancel your booking, the miles redeemed will be credited to your Miles+Bonus account instantly.

If the transaction has been made from 06.06.2023 onwards, typically, miles are credited within 24 hours. However, if your miles have not been credited within that timeframe, you can reach PPC customer service for assistance at 800-900-1000. Alternatively, you may fill in the PPC form that you will find at the footer of myDEI. Select “here” and then from the “Issue categories” drop down menu, choose “PPC myRewards Miles” and write down your request.
