Offer Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid from 01.10.2026 00:01h to October 10th, 23:59h (all times in CET, GMT+2) `
• The maximum reward amount is 20,000 miles (equivalent to 5,000€)
• In order for Miles to be credited to a member’s account, the corresponding hotel stay must have been completed by the member themselves.
• The Miles awarded to each member will be equal to four (4) times the value of the accommodation cost confirmed at the time of booking. In the event that fewer nights are stayed than originally confirmed in the booking, no Miles will be credited to the member’s account.
• For payments made in a currency other than Euro (€), the number of Award Miles credited to the member’s account will be calculated based on the Euro conversion rate.
• Miles will be credited only to the account of the member who stayed at the hotel, no later than five (5) weeks after completion of the stay, provided that all required details match, including the member’s full name and the hotel guest’s name.

Please note that miles earned may be lower than the amount shown during the booking process, due to deductions for taxes, fees, and other non-eligible charges. The total number of miles earned will be displayed on the confirmation email.
